Successful telecommunication defines the productivity of the majority of companies therefore it's important to get the opportunity to contact employees and officers wherever they are and in whatever way is most convenient to you.

Today corporations and companies prefer to get quick access to the information and exchange the information with their colleagues. Thereby organizing teleconferences becomes more and more important.

Teleconferencing is the real-time exchange of information that is achieved using various means of telecommunication. Teleconferencing has become the ever growing industry and telecommunication companies try to offer more teleconferencing solutions.

Teleconferences allow the companies and organizations:
- To conduct meetings when officers and employees are far apart
- To conduct customer briefs
- Organize trainings
- Perform demonstrations
- Organize workshops

Teleconferences allow communicating either by phone or online instead of meeting in person.

There are several ways to perform teleconferencing:
1. A three way call. Three way calls are part of services offered by most telecommunication companies.
2. Speakerphones. Two groups of people can talk to each other through speakerphones but the quality of the sound may interfere with the successfulness of the teleconference.
3. Conference calls. To connect to the conference calls the person should place a specified number or contact an operator or moderator that will route the call to line where teleconference is organized. Conference calls are often used in banks and brokerages to inform about the status. Conference calls are efficient when colleagues need to do some work simultaneously, organize brainstorm or plan something.

VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) offer conference calling as part of VoIP services. VoIP services appear to be the cheapest way to perform telecommunication therefore the majority of companies have already switched or consider switching to VoIP.
